Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our handmade press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or custom-sized sets.

📏 Custom Orders (Photo Sizing)

All sets made using custom sizing (photo uploads) are final sale and non-refundable.

We rely on the photo provided for sizing, so please ensure:

• Clear image
• 5p coin visible
• All nails shown

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to unclear or inaccurate photos.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• Item is faulty
• Wrong item was sent
